My First Dress!

Here is my first article of clothing I made for myself.  The pattern is Simplicity 2586 and fabric by Anna Maria Horner Little Folks in lilac.  The pattern was not too difficult and it even has pockets.  The only thing is you have to wear a belt with the dress, or else you have no waist.  I just love the fabric, it will be great for hot summer days.  Today I wore it to our local art and wine in the park!

    I've loved this little folks voile for such a long time, but wasn't really sure what to do with the fabric. This is the best use of fabric I've seen!
