December 2014

December has been such a beautiful and wonderful month here in Northern California.  Arlo enjoyed his first Christmas, and someone very special turned 30!!

Apron for K

I collaborated with my mother-in-law on this beautiful linen apron.  I did the embroidery on the front pocket, which is some sprigs of rosemary.  The apron was designed and sewn by my mother-in-law.  The linen was an old piece she found in her stash.  I am still blown away by how beautiful it turned out. ~ Amanda

November 2014

November has been full of cooking, cleaning, a little sewing, some photography and a little bit of rain (over 4 inches so far).   I forgot to mention my little 8 month old Arlo is starting to scoot!!

Time With Arlo

Yesterday I got to spend the whole day with just my Arlo.  It was nice to have some one on one time with my little man.   After finishing some of our daily chores we walked around the yard and captured what we found.
